About

Chinatown Common Ground is a public engagement taking place in LA Chinatown, organized by the team behind WAPOW Magazine.

As Chinatown experiences rapid change, Chinatown Common Ground is a deliberate effort to promote conversation about Chinatown’s past, present and future, to highlight the neighborhood’s important histories, heritages, people, legacies and needs for consideration in community planning, growth and development.

Surveys are being collected and will be compiled into a report to be shared with the community, planning agencies and elected officials.
